How do I Sign Up to become a Member?

Do services rollover?

We want you to get the full benefit of your services each month, so services do not roll over. Each month’s treatments are designed to be used within that month to ensure you maintain consistent results and get the most out of your Signature Membership. We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance so you can enjoy every service before it expires.

Can I cancel my membership?

You’re always welcome to cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel before the 12 months are complete, a $100 cancellation fee applies. This policy helps us continue offering a high-quality, consistent program for all of our clients while supporting your commitment to achieving the best results with your treatments.

Can I transfer my membership or gift my service to someone else?

Memberships and monthly services are non-transferable and must be used by the person who signed up. This ensures each member receives the full benefits and consistent results of the program. However, a family member or friend—like a spouse or parent—can pay for your monthly membership fee on your behalf.

Which areas are considered “large” for laser hair removal?

Large areas for laser hair removal include full face and neck, chest, full arms, abdominal area, Brazilian, and full legs. If you prefer, you can choose a small or medium area instead, but please note that only one treatment is provided per session each month. Other treatable areas include: bikini line, stomach line, underarms, upper lip, chin, hands, feet, nose, sideburns, cheeks, neck, lower and upper arms, upper or lower back, shoulders, buttocks, and lower or upper legs.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

We understand that life happens, so you won’t lose your service if you need to miss an appointment. However, if you don’t cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, a $50 no-show or late cancellation fee will apply. You can reschedule your appointment as long as it’s within the same month. Please note that services do not roll over, so if you don’t reschedule during the month, that month’s service will be forfeited.

Does the membership fee include gratuity?

The membership fee does not include gratuity. While tipping is never expected, our providers truly appreciate it—small gestures make a big difference and are a wonderful way to show your appreciation. We are so grateful for all of our amazing clients!

What happens if I'm late to my appointment?

We understand that traffic and life happen, but anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment. While no fees are charged, our schedule is typically full, and arriving late makes it difficult to provide the full, quality service our clients deserve. We encourage you to arrive a little early to ensure you get the best experience without feeling rushed.

How does payment work?

Payment for your membership is collected each month automatically using the card on file. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Membership billing is based on your sign-up date: if you join between the 1st and 15th of the month, your next payment will be charged on the 1st of the following month; if you join between the 16th and the end of the month, your next payment will be charged on the 15th of the following month. For example, if you sign up on February 4th, your next charge will be March 1st; if you sign up on February 16th, your next charge will be March 15th. Any add-on services during your visit can be paid at the time of your appointment.
